- A Chef's Choice breakfast is included with your room rental. Breakfast is served at 9:00 AM each morning. If you have special dietary needs, please notify us when booking your reservation. Also, if you will not be joining us for breakfast, please let us know the night before if possible.
- Coffee is available 24/7. The Kurig coffee, hot chocolate, cider, and tea maker is available anytime for your use.

- A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking
- Every booking is subject to NY State and Chautauqua Bed taxes totaling 13%
